I was having issues reconnecting to one of my AC180P units via the iPhone app, so I removed the unit from the app, but now I cannot re-add it. When I add and just search for it, it doesn’t display. If I try to add it by scanning the QR code, it says “This device does not exist”. If I manually add it using the device and serial number, it gets added to the app, but when I try to access it, I get the message that it is not found.

Since the Bluetooth indicator is shown on the LCD screen, it indicates that the device may be connected to another phone or tablet. This can prevent your phone from scanning and adding the device.
Please try the following steps:
- Completely close the app on all devices to ensure that any previous Bluetooth connections are fully disconnected.
- Make sure only one phone is attempting to connect and that no other app is open. The Bluetooth icon should not be visible on the device screen during this process.
- Open the app on that single phone and attempt to reconnect to the AC180P.
