C70P E114 Error – Custom Firmware Required

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE,
I am an AC70P customer from Ukraine experiencing E114 errors when the voltage drops. Could you please let me know if there’s a possibility of getting custom firmware with slightly adjusted thresholds to better handle such situations?

Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
