Hello new to this forum. Are you allowed to post used Bluetti items for sale on this forum?

Example (WANTED):

Sorry to be a novice at this but how and where do I find the comment section on this forum? I only see + category button. Do I need to create a new For Sale category or does one already exist as I couldn’t find it listed under category list? This is to list my BLUETTI items for sale. Thank you.
