Hi just recieved my new EB3A from Amazon. Out the box I have tried charging via solar panel, Bluetti, and via mains. This unit is not working, will not charge either way. This is not what i was hoping for. What the hell am I doing wrong???
@funkycookiecat Is it impossible to charge using both the adapter and the solar panel?
What is the open circuit voltage of the solar panel?
Have you tried car charging?
I have the same problem. My unit arrived 66 percent charged, but when I plug in the AC cable, nothing happens.

Do you try to calibrate the unit by completely drain it until the outlet’s turning off and then recharge it by AC without any interruption?
Also, if not already done, i would update to the latest firmware (Please do that before you drain it ^^)
