So unboxed my new AC180 and after charging it I was checking all output ports and everything works except my wireless top charger. Power on, DC on, turned on/off eco but no wireless from the top, I tested on 2 different I phones and a Samsung and nothing. all 3 phones charge fine on any other wireless pad. anything I am missing or is this a defective unit?
I have an AC 80P, I tried charging on the Apple iPhone wireless panel, charging starts and stops after a few seconds. What could be the reason?
Hi @pronozaoleksij, Please log in to the Bluetti app and check if all the firmware is up to date. If not, please update it first, then try disabling the ECO mode.
Meanwhile, sometimes when the cellphone is too hot, it will stop charging, please check your iphone and confirm it.
Hi @misoraj, We recommend removing the phone case and adjusting the angle at which you place the phone to align with the charging coil. Does this help?
Additionally, some phone models may stop charging if the temperature gets too high, so please check this and try again.
Of course with any wireless set up my first thing I try is remove the case so this was done on each phone as well as multiple angles and positions with no success. Phones were NOT hot or in any state that would cause issue.
