Hi all, I hope you can help. I would like to know what could be wrong with my AC180 please?
I use the device to hook into medical equipment, so, I’m praying that I can get this sorted before we have a power outage
It has been working fine for the last 6 months or so, although, when trying to use last night my AC and DC outputs were lifeless.
the battery is showing at 100%, when disconnected from the mains it goes to 0% immediatley.
when I plug back in, it springs back into life, shows 100% but AC and DC do not output.
There is an Alarm error of ‘BMS System Fault E074’
When I Click on the SOC icon within the app I get
Battery Status : 100%
Alarm : Single cell voltage low : p008
Protection status : Single Cell undervoltage protection : p040
ARM is v2704.08
DSP is v2078.06
BMS is running v1033.12
(all are reporting up to date)
