@BLUETTI_CARE
Good afternoon
My station ID is AC180P2349000832336
ARM - v2089.04
DSP - v2088.04
BMS - v1039.01
Please revert me to the previous version for ARM.
The station has been working perfectly for the last year.
I wanted to set a password for the station, but there was no such option in the app. I thought I needed to update ARM.
But that was a mistake.
After the update, I couldn’t set a password, and I also had a problem with the fans.
The problem is that at night there’s a 20W load, but the station turns on the fans at maximum—this will affect my family at night.
This problem didn’t exist before the update.
Please send me a request for the previous version of ARM.
Hi @Alex3, Would you like to roll back the firmware of your AC180P to ARM v2089.03? We have submitted the request for the firmware rollback. If the technical department still has the original firmware available, the rollback will be completed within 24 hours.
Please proceed with the update tomorrow.
Hi @Alex3, Yes, I have checked with the Technical Department, and they informed me that the initial files are no longer available—therefore, it is currently not possible to roll back the firmware. Additionally, this is unnecessary as it would not resolve the fan issue.
If you cannot find the option to set a password, it indicates that your hardware batch does not support this feature.
Hi @Alex3, This is dependent on the production batch.
As the Bluetooth password feature was developed subsequently, only devices manufactured in the new batches are equipped with this built-in function.
For AC180P units from older batches, this feature cannot be activated via software upgrades due to hardware constraints.
