My suggestion is to have optional accessories available for purchase at the same time a new unit is introduced and offered for sale. It has been the norm to introduce new units and then not have any accessories available for purchase. After much time goes by some accessories are available but frequently out of stock. The profit margin on the accessories is high and there should be no disincentive to not plan for the accessories to be readily available and easy to order.

Hi Scott, thanks for the input!
Regarding your suggestion to launch new devices while providing optional accessories, we understand your needs, but we also need to consider cost optimization. In order to ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products, we need to comprehensively evaluate the demand for optional accessories and market response before deciding whether to proceed with mass production.
We are also actively promoting this process and trying to be transparent. Various departments are being pushed in order to accelerate the speed at which options hit the shelves.
