Here are a couple of ideas:
-Insure that when a new model is released for sale that all offered accessories are available at at the time of purchase
-Offer a cooler in a light color such as off while or light tan. The dark colors are heat absorbing and this is counterproductive to the purpose of the machine which is to cool. Alternatively a light insulative / protective cover could be included for use when performance overrules looking cool.
-Include written software change notes with each firmware upgrade that lists what is being changed, repaired or feature(s) added.
-Change the battery capacity specification to actual capacity a customer would expect to receive. For example if a battery capacity was 1000 watt hours list the spec as 875 actual available watt hours. This would lessen customers not understanding actual electrical capacity vs real world capacity.
-Offer high output 12 volt outlets on a wider variety of models which would include a heavy gauge wire of appropriate size to carry the maximum rated current.
