I bought my Bluetti AC200 Max on Black Friday 2022. On July 29, 2024, I notice that my unit drained quickly. Put it back to charge. After 2 hours I checked the status and found out that the unit was only getting 138 watts at 45V +/-. It reached about 28%. That tells me, that the last time I charged the AC200 MAX only charged it partially and not fully. I normally charge it once a week.
Today, I turned on, turned off, unplugged cables & adapter, restarted After few minutes turned off, plugged cable & AC Adapter but no changes. One hour later, they’re no Voltage (0V ) Inputs and T500 AC Adapter Charger Red & Green LED lights were blinking. All cells voltages are balanced.
Hi @jimenezvieques
welcome to the bluetti community forum and thank you for your question!
To be honest, i didnt fully understand your question, but it sounds like a issue with your SoC. To correct the SoC value of your AC200Max, discharge your unit until all outputs are being shut off by the unit. After that, connect your T500 charger and let it charge until no input is taken anymore.
After that, it should be corrected. Please check if your problem is fixed after this calibration.
greetings
Erik
Hi @jimenezvieques, Regarding this issue, please tap on the AC input icon on the AC200MAX touchscreen to find the AC input information. This will allow us to check if the T500 input voltage is normal.
Thanks for yours prompt responses:
After reading allnof the responses, I plugged the ac adapter in a different plug. It was on a multi plug. As soon it was plugged, the LED light was green( no blinking Red & Green), turned the AC 200 on and was charging 138 Watts at 53.1 Volts. Plugged in a different outlet and was charging at 450+ watts. It seems that the issue was the multi plug in which was connected and not the AC Adapter.
Thanks.
Today Friday, I started to charge the AC200MAX, left the house and when I came back hours later and did not fully charged. From 25% to 35%. The AC Adapter LED light was blinking Red & Green. Even if it was disconnected from the AC200MAX still blinking. It was charging at 52.6V and 136W, 53.3V & 457W and then 53.4V at 457W. Connected or disconnected the AC Adapter LED light will blink Red & Green .
Hi @jimenezvieques, We’d like to gather more information about this issue. Normally, the adapter should display a solid red light when AC charging, not a flashing one, so we believe this is not normal. Could you please use a multimeter to check if the adapter’s output voltage is normal?
Also, if you charge using solar power, can the AC200MAX reach full charge? Are there any error codes displayed on the AC200MAX?
I just order/bought a new one. Thanks
