Bluetti Support Responsiveness

As a new Bluetti owner, I had quite a few questions/interactions with support (including some fairly lengthy questions regarding grounding, bonding, and transfer switches). The responsiveness of support has really helped giving me confidence to try more ways to use my AC300. I’m looking forward to receiving my second AC300 and running split phase with a transfer switch.
