I receive no further answer from the Bluetti Support.
I ordered an EB70 but received an EB3A. I got one reply from support with a RMA-label. The EB3A is ready to be returned and i would like to know when i can expect the delivery of my EB70.

@Sebastian Normally Bluetti will ship out the unit as soon as they receive and have looked over the unit they are replacing.

I received a reply from Bluetti support and should send in the device.
It initially said that the parcel would be collected from my adress, but now i am taking it to a DPD station.
I think the process is now running and i hope to receive my ordered EB70 as soon as possible.
