Bluetti Power Shelter C20

Hello there,
since there is little to no information on the forum yet I would like to share some details about a Bluetti Power Shelter C20 that I had the chance to install lately.
This is a product from Bluetti designed specifically to house and protect battery storage systems such as the Bluetti EP760 or EP600, especially in environments outside home.
.
The C20 is entirely made of aluminium, which makes it lightweight yet extremely sturdy. Thanks to this material choice, it’s also highly corrosion-resistant, meaning it can stay outdoors practically forever without worrying about rust or degradation.
.

.
The C20 comes in 4 pieces plus accessories and is very easy to assemble. With two people, installation takes no more than a hour. Once mounted, it’s built to last basically forever, protecting your battery system not only from weather conditions but also from unauthorized access and curious kids who mistakes the EP760 as a tower to climb.
.
While it’s perfect for outdoor installations, the C20 is also an excellent choice for a garage. It helps keep everything tidy and organized by housing the entire system neatly inside the shelter, which is not small, its internal dimensions I measured:

  • 194 cm tall
  • 107 cm wide
  • 49 cm deep

This means the C20 is not limited to just one use, the possibilities of what you can install inside are really infinite, from battery systems to additional equipment.
.

.
A nice feature is accessibility since the shelter has 4 doors: 2 front doors and 1 door on each side to easily access to internals from 3 sides.
All doors are 3 cm thick and each one is equipped with 24 ventilation fins. These fins are designed to allow proper airflow while at the same time blocking direct UV rays, preventing unnecessary temperature increases inside the shelter.
.
For installation, the back of the unit includes 6 L-shaped brackets, making it easy to securely attach the shelter to a wall. Cable management is also well thought out: each side has 3 holes (3 cm diameter) protected by EPDM rubber, allowing wires and cables to pass through safely without damage over time.
The roof is cleverly designed so that rainwater naturally slides off the sides, preventing any water from entering the shelter.
.

.
Door stability is excellent as well. Thanks to upper and lower hinges, the doors remain solid and wobble-free even when fully open.
Each door features a handle for firm closing, and the front section is especially secure:

  • One front door has top and bottom bolts
  • The other has a handle, allowing both doors to be tightly closed

.
Overall, the shelter is a robust, practical, and long-term solution for anyone looking to properly protect and organize their battery storage system and components, but there are still a couple of aspects to keep in mind: the shelter relies on firm-closing doors with handles and bolts but does not include an integrated locking system, so users who need higher theft deterrence in shared or public areas may want to add an external lock.
Additionally, the ventilation system is fixed: the fins provide excellent airflow and UV protection, but they cannot be closed or adjusted, which means that in very dusty or sandy environments some particles could still enter over time and accumulate inside the shelter.
.
Anyway, being it made out of aluminium it would not be difficult for more handy or DIY-oriented users to modify or customize the shelter to better suit specific personal projects, such as adding locks, extra ventilation solutions, or custom mounting options.
.
I’m not sure about the product availability at the moment, this is simply an informative post meant to keep everyone up to date about new accessories and their possibilities.
Thank you for reading the post and keep it up with your projects.
