5 days ago I sent an email to @BLUETTI to get an update on my order which was 3 items. I received 2 of the 3 with the one missing part of the order is the EP500Pro. I asked for an update on shipping info and when I could expect it to arrive and I have received absolutely ZERO replies to my questions via email. So, I am posting my frustration once again from yet another order being poorly communicated and absolutely awful response time from Bluetti once again.

Thank you, I did receive a reply saying the unit would ship today and I would be getting an email with details.
