I know you did quick temperature change test, but I’d like to see some results from say, using the gear in a hot environment. I know heat kills/shortens the life of electronics so there is a practical limit. Do the different models have a built-in thermal shutdown to protect itself?

I got the AC300+B300 and both were very securely packaged in thick sturdy compression foam and double boxes. Just what is needed for these kind of heavy devices.
