Hi, my Bluetti ep500 screen has failed, after less than 2 years in use. The biggest issue with this is that alarms cannot be cleared in the app, so I will need to take the unit offline. I live in Ireland so returning the unit for repair is not an option. Is there any possibility of adding the ‘clear alarm’ feature to the app? That is the only way I can continue to use the unit, as alarms are quite frequent, and I cannot now clear them
Hi @Helen, Regarding this issue, we’d like to know if you have already updated the app and all firmware to the latest version.
If the issue persists, please try performing a factory reset — does that help?
