We have a customer with a Bluetti EP2000 and two BP7000 units, where the Bluetti system—upon reaching full storage capacity (i.e., 100% charge)—throttles the PV output down to 0W.
For several weeks now, we have repeatedly attempted to contact Bluetti regarding this issue; however, we have received absolutely no response. Furthermore, via WhatsApp, a staff member informed us that this behavior is considered normal?
I am now on the verge of making this entire matter public on YouTube, in newspapers, and in online magazines if Bluetti continues to fail to respond. We are waiting since 2 Weeks that somebody is contacting our costumer.

For a company like Bluetti, it is truly embarrassing to claim that this system is operating “normally”—as suggested by the screenshot—from approximately 11:55 AM onwards…
