Good afternoon. I purchased the station and it was charging well with no issues. Now the mains voltage is 180V, and it shows the error E114 Grid Voltage Low. What would you recommend?
Go to the App, try setting Grid Self Adaption Mode to On. This helps with an unstable grid. Just keep in mind that there are limits to the voltage required, I don’t know what that is. 
180V is quite low, i think get that work, you need a special firmware. Its out of scope for the normal firmware
