Yesterday I received my new BLUETTI Elite 100 V2.
I’ve encountered an issue:
The fan runs almost constantly, even when the DC output is only 15W.
Steps to reproduce:
- The latest firmware updates are installed, room temperature is +22 °C, the unit was not used before and was at room temperature.
- I turn on the BLUETTI Elite 100 V2, connect my phone for charging via the DC USB-C port, AC is off, the power consumption is only 15W.
- Everything works fine at first, but after about 5 minutes the fan turns on and keeps running continuously. It only stops at the very end of charging, when the power draw drops to 5W or less.
So it’s impossible to charge a phone quietly. - If I turn off the BLUETTI Elite 100 V2 and immediately turn it on again, it will run for about 5 minutes with the fan off, and then the fan turns on again and stays on until charging is finished.
