The display shows the charge level and is probably accurate, but there are no readings on the right hand side that show the input or output. I ran a fridge all night and the charge went from 100 to 60 as expected, but nothing on the right side changes. I just plugged in solar and still there is no activity on the input/output screen. Is there a way to reset this?
Hi @TerryB, We would like to know the ambient temperature in which the EB70S is operating, as high temperatures can affect the device’s normal operation.
For this issue, we recommend restarting the EB70S—does that help? Could you try testing with only charging or only powering a load, and see if the problem persists? Does using a different load make a difference?
Is there any error code displayed on the EB70S? Could you also provide the open-circuit voltage of your solar panel, and confirm whether it is compatible with the EB70S? Please note that the acceptable voltage range for solar charging is 12-28V, and exceeding this range could damage the device.
