Hi there, I have this unit for about two years now but ever since I got it I have the same issue with it. No matter how many times I have completely discharged and recharged it, with some bigger loads it just depletes in a mater of seconds and shows me the low voltage red symbol. Although it shuts down, sometimes it works even if it show 0 percent but I find this very problematic. I have no way to return it as the store I got it from in my country says it’s completely normal for it to have this issue because it is not intended to handle bigger loads. But you can see a clip below that shows that even with 500 W, it cannot handle it. Please tell me what could be a problem, is it bad cells?
