Good Afternoon,

I am new to the forum. I ordered a BLUETTI EB55 Portable Power Station+PV120 Solar Panel × 1 on 11/18/2021. I received the portable power station, but not the solar panel. I have reached out to customer service, but wanted to know is this a normal occurrence, as I thought that I would receive both the power station and the solar panel.

Normal, its very rare to get them the same day and they usually have separate tracking numbers which you can follow.
