Until today, the device worked flawlessly and fully met my expectations. However, today I decided to update the firmware to version ARM v2053.08 and DSP v2052.11, as indicated in the attached photo.
After updating the firmware, the device only charges in silent mode and does not switch to standard mode. How can I revert the firmware or fix the situation?
This has caused me great inconvenience and disappointment, as I relied on the reliability and stability of the product.
Hi @ASIMER and @VWeb , Regarding the issue with switching charging modes, our app technical engineers have identified the problem. They are currently working on an urgent fix and it will be resolved soon. This issue is not related to the firmware upgrade. Once we release the new version of the Bluetti app, updating the app will resolve the issue.
