Bluetti EB200P has a slightly deformed/melted AC port

Hello. I’m new to the forum and wanted to share an issue I’m having. Earlier today I noticed my EB200p wasn’t charging from the AC port. After I unplugged the AC plug I noticed the connector tip was chipped and that the outside of the port was slightly deformed as if it had heated up. I was using the standard Bluetti brick that came with the unit. The plug was fully seated before I unplugged it and found it damaged. I tried another Bluetti power brick and my EB200p still won’t charge from the AC port. Is this port easy to replace or is there further T/S I can do?
