Bluetti Charging

I have a Bluetti AC 180 that upon turning it on lights up with Temp, Short, Overload. I have tried turning it on and off several times to reset it, but nothing seems to work. It will not charge anything. It is only 11 months old.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Hello,

Please check the following issues on your own first:

  1. Check if all firmware in the app is up to date.
  2. Verify if the Grid on the screen is online and if the AC input interface in the app shows input voltage. If the Grid is not displayed and the AC input voltage is 0V, please check if the AC charging cable is securely connected to the device and if it’s plugged in properly. Try charging through a different wall outlet.
  3. Check if the screen shows any error messages, such as “Temp.” If it shows “Temp,” please stop charging and disconnect the load. Place the device in a cool place for three hours before attempting to charge again. If it’s winter, place the device in a warm area for three hours before charging.
  4. Check if the device reports any error codes.
  5. Please enable the Grid Adaptive Mode in the “Advanced Setting” section of the app.
  6. Try setting the charging mode to Silent Mode.
  7. If you are using a wall charger and have confirmed steps 1–6 but the issue persists, please provide your SN code and DSP firmware information so we can push the firmware to you separately.
  8. If you are using another inverter (e.g., EcoFlow) or a generator to charge the AC180, try using the wall charger to see if it charges normally. If the wall charger works, the issue may be with the inverter or generator’s output voltage or frequency being unstable, exceeding our device’s input range. Please provide your SN code and firmware information to give feedback to our technical team; the SN can be found in the app’s settings page, and the firmware information can be found on the “Firmware Upgrade” page.
  9. If you still cannot charge via AC after trying the above steps, please click the AC input icon in the app, enter the AC input interface, take a video, and then contact our technical team.

Thank you for your cooperation!
