@ Bluetti_care Apex 300 device model code is empty

20 days ago, my Apex 300 disconnected from WiFi. I cannot reset the WiFi and cannot change settings or get updates via the app. I cannot check for new System Upgrade software because it says the device model code is empty. Thee ARM, DSP and BMS show v0.

The IOT shows v8026.13 and up to date. I can only connect via Bluetooth but cannot change any settings. How do I fix this?

I have the Communication Board SN and Serial Number available and the device time is correct.

Restart of system appears to have cleared this up. Not sure what is going on. It is still charging now though it is in discharge time of use. Maybe the heat warnings. Just glad it is working.
