Hi I have a AC500 with 2 B300 batteries connected using a P090D To P150D cable can I add 2 B300k batteries and if so what cables would I need thanks in advance .

To add 2 B300k : it’s exactly the same thing as for your 2 B300: you need a P090D to P150D battery expansion cable

As mentioned in the manual:

Battery Expansion Cables:
Connect the B300K to AC300, AC200MAX, AC200L, or other B300K units with
the P090A battery expansion cable. Use the P090D to P150D cable to connect to
AC500.
