Hello,

Upgrading to APP V2.3.7 today, I lost my Pack (B230) in app on all Android device.
Reverting to V 2.3.6 is OK.

Maybe a problem ??

Did you try to unbound it in 2.3.6 and bound it in 2.3.7 again?

yes I tried this test, but it didn’t work

With the V3.2.7, I don’t see any additional batteries.

Hi @wyse new update just released today 3.2.8 this might sort your problems.

I updated to 2.3.7 yesterday and my AC200Max did not show any batteries, internal or external. I just updated to v2.3.8 and the same issue, no batteries shown in the app.

I have app version 2.2.4 on an old phone and and it shows all the batteries and seems to show the correct SOC.

Press the icon in the middle of the display in the app (where the charge level is shown in %) and be amazed.
