Bluetti AC70P is not charging

Hi,
I’ve bought the Bluetti AC70P and it is not charging, I can see a blinking red alarm in the bottom left corner. I tried to enter settings to see the exact error code by pressing the AC and DC buttons simultaneously for over 2 seconds. Then I pressed the DC button till the error code appeared, but instead of the error code, I saw a bunch of unclear numbers. What do all these numbers mean? Please help.

Hi @vmi do you have access to the app if there are any error codes it will show up in the app. Also have you checked for any updates for your unit try turning it off and back on also were you using anything on the unit that maybe was drawing a large load or it’s too gets too hot or too cold it won’t charge just thinking

Hi @Ktt, I tried to connect using the app. The app can discover it, and I can see the battery in the list, but when I try to press and connect to it, I get a timeout error. As I understand, without an app I cannot update it. I tried to turn it off and on, but it does not help, I can still see the alarm in the bottom left corner and the battery is not charging. No load was connected to it during all these actions.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstall it Try connecting to the unit doing this will update the app to the latest version if there is one. Are you using a vpn also try turning of WiFi on your phone and conect through the mobile network.

Hi @Ktt, thank you for your reply, appreciate your help, but I have returned the battery to the shop where I bought it today. They accepted that there is something wrong with it and it is not working as expected.

Not a problem did you Get a replacement or are you thinking of something else.?

I am thinking of trying some other model, but not sure what exactly yet. I have had a very positive experience with ac200max but do not need that large battery now, I need something smaller around 1000w, and not too heavy

I have two of the AC180 they are fantastic units and the new ones come with Bluetooth security but in ie password protection drooping down from that you can would be looking at the AC70 another great unit but the both at really great prices at the moment.
