Bluetti AC70P Charging Problem

My AC70P is having a charging problem, the Overload Alert, Fault Alert and AC are flashing after I connected it to GRID. And an error E010 (Battery Voltage High/Hardware Battery Over Voltage) pops out in my Bluetti Apps. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you all

  1. Please check if the firmware version is the latest in the APP
  2. Please empty the battery and then fully recharge it, and do not load the device during the charging process;
  3. When the error is reported, what is the SOC of the machine? Will the error be reported every time the SOC reaches this value?
  4. Will the output be cut off when an error is reported?

I emptied the battery and charge immediately but upon reaching 28%, it happened again and the error appeared again. How to update the firmare?TIA

@lester1027 I’m sorry that there is no new firmware. Please completely drain the battery until it automatically shuts down, and then charge it with AC until it is fully charged and automatically shuts down. If this doesn’t work, the AC70P needs to be repaired. Please contact the after-sale support.
