Just got my AC70 out of the box and got two days of use with great function. I’m camping and using a 120w solar panel to recharge. I have a starlink mini plugged in the AC. It draws about 50
Today the unit just failed. The AC button keeps flashing and the AC randomly just disconnects. Now I cant even turn the unit off with the flashing AC button. When I finally get it to turn off and I wait 10-20 sec to turn back on the AC button immediately is flashing even when nothing is plugged in. Ive turned off everything in the settings. I uninstalled and reinstalled the useless app and checked for updates. no help. I called customer support. USELESS! They couldn’t explain the flashing AC button and the tech was on lunch. I have no communication on the phone now since the AC 70 is powering my phone, so no help from tech support either.
I checked error codes. EO16 , PO24, PO25.
Im at a complete loss for what is wrong with this brand new unit! NOT IMPRESSED so far. Not sure why anyone would choose this brand. So far no help from tech support and this thing is a brick.

Regarding this issue, could you please check if there are any foreign objects in the fan? We recommend upgrading all firmware to the latest version and then restarting the machine. Does this help?
