My Bluetti AC500 suddenly shut down. Cannot startup again. What might be the problem?
Hi @DutchPower, We would like to understand the specific situation when the issue occurred.
Before the problem happened, was the AC500 connected to a power source and a load?
How many battery packs are connected to your AC500, and what are the models of the battery packs? Are the battery packs charged?
Please make sure that both ends of the battery connection cables are properly locked. Could you test each cable and each battery port on the AC500 separately?
Please disconnect the setup and test each battery pack individually to see if they can power on/off, charge, and discharge normally. During this process, observe whether the battery pack’s power button light is flashing.
Could you please record a video and upload it to a cloud drive, then share the link with us? We will analyze the issue based on the flashing frequency of the battery pack’s button light.

Yes.

one B300S
it was charged.

Makes no difference.

Nothing is flashing…

Try this:
- remove the connection cable from the AC500 and the B300S
- start the B300S
- plug in and lock the connection cable
Also, try to start the AC500 by connecting a solar panel.
And, try to charge the B300S with a solar panel and check if the last led is flashing.

I left the B300S 24 hours to the AC. and the battery doesn’t seem to be loading. The LED lights stay on 60%.
Hi @DutchPower, We want to confirm whether the B300S can charge and discharge independently after being disconnected.
Also, could you try testing with a different battery connection cable?
If it still doesn’t work, we’ll need to arrange for the AC500 to be returned for repair.
If you have any questions about how to reach the appropriate customer service team or concerns about the service process, please send us a private message with your order information so that we can arrange priority service for you.
The BS300S cannot charge independently.
On the contrary. It has been attached to the grid for more then 24 hours and the charging percentage changed from 60 to 40 percent.
I only have one battery connection cable.
Bluetti has some teething pronlems witb the AC500. I bought two last December and on March 8th, one failed with a short citcuit. I delivered the unit to a local Bluetti service center and to this date, April 29th, the service center cannot fix it. I even contacted Ava from the service deprtment about this and asked to follow up.
My whole setup is dead now. The AC500 and the B300S cannot charge. The power button on the B300S is slowly blinking.
What is the next step now?
Hi @DutchPower, It appears this B300S cannot charge via AC power. Could you try charging it with solar or a car charger? We’d like to rule out any issues with the charging cable.
If that doesn’t work, please contact our customer service to arrange a warranty service.
