Bluetti AC500 — AC Output and Parallel Operation (EU Version)

Hi @BLUETTI,
I’ve been using the Bluetti AC500 for some time and have a couple of questions:
1)Is it safe to turn off the AC output under a high load (close to 5 kW)?
2)Is it possible to connect two AC500 units (EU version) in parallel to achieve around 10 kW output power?

  1. In terms of safety, the AC500 is equipped with comprehensive overcurrent, overload, and overheat protection mechanisms. When the AC output is turned off under high load, the internal relay will safely disconnect, and the BMS will work in conjunction with the inverter to handle load disconnection impacts. If you frequently use high-power loads, it is recommended to reduce the load (for example, by turning off high-power appliances) before turning off the AC output.
  2. Please note that European specifications do not support parallel connection.
