Looks like im not alone with this issue.
Everything was working fine and i left on a trip for 10 days without my van. Nothing was using power on my system as i ran a AC cord to run my Dometic refrigerator. When I returned home and checked the van and Bluetti AC300 was off and when I tried to charge with AC shore power it would not charge.
When i push power button on AC300 the power button on the B300 blinks off and on every second. When i press and hold the AC300 power button for 3 seconds the green light on the B300 power button turms off. Checked all connections and made sure locks on the cord between AC300 and B300 are in correct position.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi @Dog, Could you please record a video and upload it to a cloud storage, then share the link with us?
We would like to understand the flickering frequency of the B300, as this could indicate different error messages.
Also, how many B300 batteries do you have connected to your AC300? If you disconnect the B300 from the AC300, can you charge the B300 separately?
If AC charging doesn’t work, could you try charging it with solar power instead?
