I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered with the station. While the station functions as expected, I’ve noticed an unusual behavior with the display screen:
- When fully charged, the screen starts showing all the symbols simultaneously.
- While discharging, the screen shows the correct information.
- However, during the charging process, the screen displays all symbols, making it hard to read specific information.
The mobile app works perfectly, and all other aspects of the station seem to be functioning correctly. I would like to know if anyone else in the community has experienced a similar problem and if there is a solution or workaround available.
Thank you for looking into this issue. I look forward to your advice and assistance.

Hi @sergiiglad, We noticed that your screen is displaying garbled text. Could you try disconnecting all connections and restarting the AC2A? Does that help?
Additionally, could you please provide your machine’s Serial Number and SN Number? These can be found on two white barcodes located either on the bottom or the side of the machine. I have attached a photo as a reference.
Hi, thank you for answering!
Serial number is here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sqbM_qLhx27O8GkyvQs4pa55UgcBKljm/view?usp=sharing
How can I restart the unit? Could you provide an instruction?
Hi @sergiiglad, Thank you for letting us know.
To restart the unit, please turn it off and then turn it on.
Power ON: Press and hold the POWER Button for about 2 seconds.
Power OFF: Press and hold the POWER Button for about 2 seconds to turn off the unit.
Meanwhile, we wonder if you can turn on/off AC/DC output via the Bluetti app. We suggest you contact the seller and repair the AC2A.
Additionally, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
I did power OFF/ON. Unit AC2A started operating well. The display shows normal information without any garbled text. Thank you very much.

Hi @sergiiglad, Thank you for sharing this good news with us.
I am glad to hear that!
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
My Unit AC2A has been operating well since Friday. However, it showed an ALARM and an Overcurrent Alert before switching off AC. The load was normal at about 50W, and I used the station as a UPS. I rebooted the station, but it now operates poorly, running for only 15-20 minutes before switching off AC again with an Overcurrent Alert. The load is minimal. Should I send it to the service center, or do you have other suggestions?
Hi @sergiiglad, Many potential factors could cause this problem. Please help us troubleshoot step by step:
We’d like to know if you have already connected to the Bluetti app. Please click the “!” icon in the top right corner to check for specific error codes.
Could you provide specific details about your 50W appliance? Sharing a product link would be even better.
Please try disconnecting all connections and then restarting the device—does this help?
We wonder if the AC2A can be AC charging well without load any devices?
Also, could you let us know the SN code and current firmware version of this AC2A unit?
Additionally, could you let us know your location and whether there are issues with an unstable power grid in your area?
I have the same issue on AC180
Serial number 1040371L646241700047
Turn off - one click
Turn on - click and hold
Doesn’t helped.
Please suggest how to fix.
And can you please confirm that its a known screen issue and I can continue use it with app?
