Hi, @BLUETTI_CARE I’ve noticed that my Bluetti AC240P charges with the same power in both Silent mode and Standard mode — is that normal?
Hi @chAek, This does seem quite unusual. Could you please provide more details to assist our further analysis:
- What is the charging power of your AC240P in each of the two charging modes?
- What was the battery level of the AC240P when the issue occurred?
- Was the ambient temperature within a suitable range at that time?
We will conduct a thorough analysis of the problem once we receive your information.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
Ambient temperature is around ±20 degrees.
Charging power in silent mode is somewhere between 820 and 860 watts.
Charging power in standard mode is usually the same as in silent mode.
That’s why I wondered whether this is normal, since I’m used to silent mode having lower power. Maybe the firmware needs to be updated or something else?

Hi @SigiKa, We have consulted the Technical Department regarding this matter, and they informed us that this is a normal phenomenon.
The power output of both the Silent Charging Mode and Standard Charging Mode for the AC240P is the same, set at approximately 800W.
The Silent Charging Mode achieves quiet operation by controlling the fan speed rather than simply limiting the charging rate.
Therefore, there is no need to worry—please feel free to use the AC240P with confidence.
