Bluetti ac200pl noise (buzz) problem

This is very interesting, my firmware is the same as yours, but if your friends is different to yours and the firmware in your instance is not region specific, and your friend did not have any particular issue that required a special push of firmware then what is differencing these firmware’s.

@BLUETTI_CARE How do people know if they are on a special or on the main branch of firmware and do individual firmware for specific issues get new/improved features added?

@BLUETTI_CARE really need to provide update logs which list the improvements/changes of each firmware.

Hi @Jeka, we want to confirm whether you have correctly registered and bound this device to your Bluetti app.
If you have, you should normally receive the latest firmware.
However, we have also applied to push the latest firmware to your device. Please perform the upgrade tomorrow—we hope this works.

Hi @Teece, We frequently release new special firmware, which is developed based on customer needs. This information is indeed quite complex, and we currently have no plans to make the update logs available to customers.

Thank you for your suggestion. Under normal circumstances, first of all, the same model may have different firmware versions based on high voltage and low voltage in different regions. In addition, even for models in the same region, there are different firmware versions due to different batches of chips.

If a customer upgrades to the latest firmware via the app without contacting us first, this is a mass-pushed firmware. When a customer encounters an issue, contacts us, and we push the firmware to them individually, this is a special firmware. Sometimes, if a special firmware fails to fix the problem, we will develop an advanced version of the special firmware again.

We believe that the name of the firmware version is not important, and there is no need for customers to understand all firmware versions. The key is to ensure that the problem is resolved.

As long as you tell us about the issue you are encountering, we will find a valid new firmware on our own and complete the push.

I for one actually really do appreciate your approach to individual problems, circumstances or issues hence why I would recommend the brand.
However I just believe it would be nice to know what enhancements, downgrades or issues may have been solved by any new firmware, this is an industry standard for a lot of brands.

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE I still haven’t received the update on my device

Hi @Teece, Thank you for your encouragement and understanding. We value your opinion greatly. Currently, we are unable to compile and publish information on all new firmware versions due to the sheer volume of data involved.
However, if customers need it, they can contact us to obtain the specific update details for individual firmware versions.

Hi @Jeka, The technical department has informed us that the firmware for the AC200PL has been pushed out in batches, and customers can upgrade directly.
If you are unable to upgrade, please make sure that your device has been properly registered and bound.

@BLUETTI_CARE When I bought it, I added the device in the app. I didn’t register because it requires an order number, and I don’t have one. I tried unlinking the station from the app and adding it again, but there are no updates…
Could you help me with this? What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Jeka, This is a misunderstanding—you don’t need an order number to register for the app.
Please click on my profile picture, select “Message” to contact us via private message, and provide your app screenshot. Register your app account using your email address. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Please can you confirm if you are referring to the firmware below because if so, I also have NOT yet received this update which I would have thought this new firmware batch would have been pushed out to everyone by now.

ARM: v2140.70
DSP: v2130.70
BMS: v1065.02

@BLUETTI_CARE I registered and did everything correctly, wrote to you and added a screenshot.

@BLUETTI_CARE answer please

Hi @Teece, we have a new firmware, BMS v108309, which can fix the issue where the Elite 100 V2 does not display the remaining working time or shows an inaccurate remaining time. If you need it, please provide the SN code of your Elite 100 V2.
This firmware is still under continuous testing, and we are also developing the updated BMS v108310, so it has not been pushed in batches.

Hi @Jeka, We have received your private message and will contact you via private message shortly.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE We’re going back and forth. I gave an example of a friend’s identical device, which has a newer update. I wrote to you about my update version. You said you sent me the latest update, but I wrote back that I hadn’t received it. You asked if I linked the app correctly, and I sent you screenshots.
Now you’ve written that there’s no newer version, so I don’t understand why my friend has newer updates available, while I have older ones, and the update was already installed out of the box… We spent several weeks but did not come to an understanding of this problem…

@BLUETTI_CARE This topic is about the AC200PL, I think you may be referring to my query in this topic 100v2 Time Remaining Question - Product Discussion / BLUETTI Elite & EB Series - BLUETTI Community

I will PM with the serial number of my Elite 100v2.

Hi @Jeka, In the batch-pushed versions for the AC200PL, the latest DSP firmware is v2130.09, but yours is DSP: v2130.13.
The updated latest DSP firmware is v2140.04, yet yours is DSP: v2140.05.
This means your firmware is already newer than what most users have. We’ve checked with our engineers, and there are indeed no newer firmware versions available to push to you at this time.
Could you please share your friend’s device SN and specific firmware version? Also, has your friend contacted us to request a separate firmware push?

Hi @Teece, Thank you for the update—we’ve received your SN code.
However, BMS: v1065.02 cannot be directly upgraded to BMS v108309. Due to differences in production batches, firmware versions in the 1065 series can only be upgraded to other 1065-based versions, not to the 1083 series.
We’ve checked with our engineers to see if a 1065-compatible firmware update will be developed. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have their response.

Hi Guys, I think you may be confused, I did not ask for my AC200PL firmware to be updated to BMS v108309, I did not think such a version existed for the AC200PL.

Hi @Teece, Yes, this was a misunderstanding. We’ve confirmed the matter in another thread and pushed the latest BMS firmware for your Elite 100 V2.
The update has now been completed. Please upgrade the firmware, recalibrate your device, and let us know if this resolves the issue.
