I have a AC200P and using it mainly for refrigerator. Today there was 15% charge and after turning on the refrigerator it showed ±1500 w consumption and almost immediately the station turned off with 0% charge. Is it normal? Thanks.

Hi @AlexFin , we suggest you calibrate the AC200P to resolve this problem.
Please follow the steps below:
- Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station till it is out of power and turns off automatically);
- Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.
- Once the power is 100% fully charged, turn off the machine, and leave it the whole day.

@BLUETTI_CARE Thanks. I have discharged it to 0 and charged to 100% without interrupting, but today it suddenly discharged to 0 from 30 with the same load.
