My Bluetti AC200P is not charging with the power brick. You can hear it click on then on where the charging area is you see the number 12 and it counts down to zero then stops charging. I’ve tried multiple outlets with the same outcome.

I think you have a problem with your ac-dc adapter (your AC200P charges well with solar panels?) Bluetti will tell you better than I can.
