Bluetti ac200max over voltage damage

I live off-grid and i think I may have accidentally damaged my bluetti ac200max with my solar panel setup and I don’t know what to do, please help. I have 4 300watts (32V Voc and 10.1A scc) panels connected in series which was working fine until it rained yesterday and probably made the voltage rise above its rated voltage, and may have damaged the internal mppt charge controller. I’ve had the generator for about 3 months now. Everything still works but it’s just not changing with solar anymore. Can I fix it myself or do i need a new generator? Is there an over voltage protection in the bluettiac200max? Can I just maybe reset it somehow?

@Baba The PV input range for the AC200M is VOC 10-145V.

Connecting four 32V solar panels in series will not exceed the voltage limit.

Could you please provide more details about this situation? Is there any error message from the machine?
