Hello,
i recently bought the AC200max for my camper build. On the Camper roof is a Jinko Tiger Neo JKM435N-54HL4R-V - 435Wp solar panel. The Battery is not charging. I put the settings on solar. I check the no load voltage from the panel and its about 33v. I checked the wiring. The solar panel is with the aviation cable connected.
Any idea why its not charging? Is the solar modul not compatible?
Thanks
Daniel
hello
I have exactly the same panels and they work really, really well (both in low sunlight and when it’s sunny) and they work well with my AC200max.
On the AC200max screen, click on the panel icon,
and normally you should see the voltage and power arriving at your AC200max.
If there is nothing, no voltage detected by the AC200max, then disconnect the aviation connector from the AC200max and measure the voltage on the connector directly (on the solar panel side) to find out if the circuit is not cut somewhere. … if you have a voltage on the aviation connector… you have a problem with your AC200max.
Check the polarity of the panel leads match the bluetti solar cable. Is the AC200 max full already?

The cable seems to work fine.
What do you mean by polarity? Arnt the cable fix? I mean only one side of the cable fits to the other. The Aviation cable has two pins 1 and 2, should be “1” the positive line?
The powerstation source is set to PV. The panel icon shows no voltage.
yes pin 1 positive and pin 2 negative. In your photo for me there is an inversion of polarity… I don’t know how it’s possible but your mc4 + and - cables are inverted. Scott-Benson guessed right.
You’ve found the solution ! Enjoy your panels! (which, I repeat, are very good!)

swap out your MC4 connectors coming from the panels to the opposite gender they are now and you will be good to go.

Yes it was polarity. Thank you guys. I swapped it, everything is working now.
