Bluetti AC200MAX lose battarey charging

Hi community. Does anyone faced with next problem?
I charge my bluettti ac200max to 100% after i powered it off and on again it shows me 0% of charge and i cant turn on AC or DC load. I have to use my bluetti always powered on. Bluetti team, do you have any firmware update to solve this problem?

Hi @Dmytor, For the issue with the AC/DC output, we would like to know if you can turn on the AC/DC output via the app. If you can, we have a new ARM update that might resolve this issue. We have requested to push the new ARM update to your AC200MAX. They will push the latest version of ARM to your machine in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
After the upgrade, the AC/DC output should work. For the issue with the AC200MAX losing power after rebooting, we suggest recalibrating the battery.
Please follow the steps below:

  1. Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station till it is out of power and turns off automatically);
  2. Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.
  3. Once the power is 100% fully charged, turn off the machine, and leave it the whole day.

Hi @Dmytor, We recommend pushing new BMS firmware to your AC200MAX and then recalibrating the battery. Do you agree? This should resolve the issue.
