Hello. My ac180p is disconnected from the 220V network and nothing is connected to it, but it turns on itself, blows through the fan and turns off. after some time it turns on again, blows through the fan and turns off again. How to fix this? I don’t think it should turn on by itself. please help me solve the problem

Are you sure it is actually turned off? You need to press and hold the power button for several seconds to completely turn the power off. Just pressing it can turn the screen on or off.
Yes, I’m sure it’s turned off. After I noticed it turning on by itself, using a fan, and then turning off, I decided to connect it to my TV. The TV works, but the station’s display doesn’t respond to my commands in the app. For example, I set the display to stay on all the time in the settings, but it turns off and then turns back on by itself randomly. I think there’s something wrong with the software. Perhaps they’ll give me some software update to fix the bugs?
Seems like very strange behaviour @andreywesta yes hopefully the software can be updated to fix your problems. Contact @BLUETTI_CARE they are usually fast at responding.
I have an AC180P. It is one of few Bluettis that doesn’t say ‘off’ on the screen when you long press the power button to turn it fully off. I always check it is fully off by pressing the AC or DC button afterwards to make sure they don’t still light up.
If you take a look inside the station via vents in dark room and can see the green LED light - this means the BMS and/or Invertor board are indeed powered, even if LCD screen and buttons on front pannel are not lit.
.
Sometimes I have same issue on my AC180P station - random switch on, random switch off, random LCD screen lit or flickering. Sometimes buttons on front panel stop responding.
.
My station were running 24/7 in UPS mode since summer '24 till autumn '25 and then hit the problems. The only solution is to partially disassemble station and disconnect front panel from inverter board (pull up for a few seconds) - the green LED light inside goes off. After reconnecting the front board my station returns to normal working state.
.
At some time @BLUETTI_CARE advised to reach the service center for station repair but I can’t due to a circumstances in Ukraine.

Hi @andreywesta, thank you for getting in touch with us.
Thank you all for your concern and advice. Please make sure the AC180P is properly shut down.
Also, you mentioned that it is not connected to the grid. Could you confirm that no DC power sources such as solar panels are connected either?
We have not encountered any similar cases for this issue, so there is no new firmware available to push at this time.
We look forward to your feedback.
