- Please check in the app if all firmware is up to date.
- Please confirm whether the machine is charging normally or if any load devices are connected, and whether ECO mode is turned on.
- If the machine is not charging and neither AC nor DC is turned on, it will automatically shut down after one minute to save power.
- If ECO mode is enabled without any load device or the power is too low, the AC and DC will automatically turn off after 1 to 4 hours (the specific time can be found in the app settings), and the machine will then shut down after some time.
- If the machine is only on PV charging and neither AC nor DC is turned on, it will stop charging at night and automatically shut down after one minute, only to activate again the next morning when PV charging restarts.
- Please check if the machine has run out of battery; it will shut down automatically if it is out of power.
- Please check the error code screen for any historical error codes.
