Purchased Bluetti 180AC August 2023, used once for a week to test running small 12v fridge 46l, successfuly did task. Charged Bluetti to 100% just prior to xmas, nothing running off it, now Jan 31st 2024 when trying to turn on it shows 0% charge and screen only stays on for 2 seconds. Tried connecting to mains power and Bluetti Solar Panels, the display turns on for 2 seconds and then turns off, not long enough to activate bluetooth or change any modes. Place of residence Brisbane Australia, moderate to sub tropical climate. what can i do to fix this problem.
Sounds like you did not turn the unit all the way off and the battery is dead. Try using the car charge cord and leave charging for several hours and see it that “wakes” the unit up. If so you can then use the AC charging to charge to 100%.
Thanks Scott, I tried over a couple of days using the car charge cord, as well as solar and 240v but with no luck waking up the unit, any other suggestions?
Lindsay.,
@Lindsay If neither AC charging nor DC charging can activate the device, please contact customer service for repair.
Try charging from your car/van leave it charging for a while till it turns on then take back in and charge from the mains agree it sounds like the unit wasn’t completely shut down and hen you so tired it. It’s worth a try I have seen a few others have done it this way to get it working again. Hope it works.
