I purchased a Bluetti 50 AMP AC Charging Cable and attached from my generator to my AC500, but only 1.7KW is coming through the cable. Is there a setting that I need to change in the AC500 to get 5KW coming into the AC500? Why won’t 5KW come into the AC500?
