Bluetti 100v2 does not show Output Power on Power Station or App

My Bluetti 100v2 does not show an output when I’m charging items. And the APP doesn’t show an Output as well.

I charged it in to another power station where the power station being charged shows the input. But the Bluetti 100v2 shows no power output and neither does the app. But fans work.

Any one have any ideas?

Is the 100v2’s firmware up to date? Do a check in the App.
