Bluetti 100 Pro V2 Wont turn on

Seems to be a common issue
100 Pro V2 3 months old, used to power some grow lights and a coup,le of lamps, worked well, no issues till this weekend.
Appears to of discharged 100% and went into “sleep mode”, WIll not turn on nor charge / turn on
Things done
12 hrs connected to 120v to try and recharge - Nada
2 hrs connected to solar input - Nada
Connected to both solar charge and AC charging - Nada
Tried:

  1. Pressing and holding power button for 10 seconds
  2. Repeatedly pressing power button
  3. Pressing and holding both AC/DC buttons
  4. Pressing the circuit breaker reset on side of punit
  5. Hooked up a RV battery (100% charge) to the solar charge input - RV Battery not draining - Thus not charging unit

Anything Im missing here?

Unit just woke and turned on, no intervention by myself
allowed it to charge 100% via AC outlet, removed the charge cable, bound to wifi
No load , used the WiFi app to “turn off”
Now wont turn on again via the powoer button

Support is thus far non existent, zero, nada. Other then automated email replies nothing
Not impressed
4th business day for a unit I used daily for 3 months now.
Either replace or repair
but
DO SOMETHING

I think you will need to return this for warranty repair. Customer service should arrange that for you.

EXACTLY the same problem here. Firmware bugs.
And they just keep responding with bull :poop:
