Both Wifi and Bluetooth is down on my AC300s

Did you check the settings on the touchscreen, if Wifi and Bluetooth are enabled?

Hi @DragonbloggerSheilaB, We rarely encounter cases where both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi fail to connect simultaneously.

Please ensure the following:
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are enabled on your device.
Restart your device and the AC300 unit—has this resolved the issue?
Update the app to the latest version—does this help?
If the problem persists:
Provide the SN code of your AC300.
Test Bluetooth direct connection in offline mode—is this functional?
