Has anyone else had issues placing orders through the BLUETTI iPhone app? I placed a second order on 1/11 via a PayPal transaction and BLUETTI still doesn’t show this order in my account and I don’t have an order confirmation from BLUETTI??? I placed my first order through the BLUETTI website and got an immediate order confirmation so I’m a bit concerned here….
